A Hum Drum Hump Day { freed on 8:10 PM

I know I've been neglecting this account for a few days but I promise I won't do that too much more. I just to get settled in and fix some things here and there so my stay is as pleasant as possible.

So yeah once again Rhi has put me on to something new, I don't know how or where she finds these things but I'm loving this new one. It's called Flikzor. I'm going to put it into my new layout on Myspace but for now I'm going to keep it here. It's a video messaging system. So those of you with web cams and video enabled digi cams please show some love!

So yeah anyway can't wait to see those. I'm sitting here trying to quickly think of what info I haven't told you guys yet.

Today was pretty normal. Woke up (pretty late) and went to go get lunch with D after that we hit the UC for some studying before class. Actually I wasn't studying but working on a paper. Fran stopped by and me her and D joked around a bit. After all that I headed to class.

DAMN it just started to rain ((again)) it's been a pretty yucky day. I overheard some girls talking while I was eating lunch say there was supposed to be another cold front comming in. I hate the cold. I'm spoiled by the Florida sun.

American Idol is on and it's too funny - these people have to have had been paid 'cause they're horrible lmao. I really do feel bad.

I'm about to get to finishing off my first paper for the semester so that It can be out of the way so I'll be back online a little later. If I don't close out Myspace, Facebook, and Blogger nothing would get done lol.

Lifetime { freed on 11:06 AM

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you
know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When
someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have
expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide
you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or
spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for
the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part
or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring
the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.

What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled,
their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is
time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come
to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you
laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give
you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a
season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build
upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.

This was right on time for me, hopefully someone else will read it and feel the same.

12:04 in the AM { freed on 12:04 AM

Just finished eating some left over pizza from earlier this afternoon - well I should say evening since I waited so damn long to eat it. My bad [again].

Watching Boomerang and sitting up on Myspace contemplating hopping onto Yahoo Messenger for a little bit but I don't want to start talking to people and automatically not want to talk anymore 'cause that's the mood I'm in right now.

I know regardless I'll be up for a while. I swear if I wasn't so scared of up and dying in my sleep I'd hop on those sleeping pills in a minute. I hate being up while everyone else is sleeping

Anyway ...
**on a lighter and less depressing note

I found out that Jamie Foxx is going to be on tour and he's coming down to South Florida. I don't care what I have to do but I will DEF'LY be seeing him. And to top it off Fantasia is his guest on the tour. The tickets are fairly priced and it'll be another bday present to myself - or maybe V-day. Either or, I'm going lol.

Well. Off to the rest of my night. I'm going to attempt to get off of the computer and watch TV. You know Television is really horrible these days. Seriously sitting through the girls gone wild commercials, cell phone dating ads, and infomercials I'm just about ready to puke. I'd rather turn of the tube the lights and stare at the black ceiling until I fall fast asleep.
I shouldn't complain 'cause I know I'll have something to do (maybe even too much) when classes start. I'll take what I can get.

Playing with the camera again this morning while out for a walk and (not having my glasses on) my crappy sight I thought I saw a dog walking across the street. I haven't seen too many stray dogs since I've been down in Florida so I was kind of suspicious. After crossing the street I noticed that It wasn't a dog but a huge bright orange iguana. I got really excited number one because the position he was heading made it possible for me to get really close and number two I had my camera and I knew I could get some good shots.

I might head out this night to Ls Olas with Franie to Ro's party but who knows - if so you know I'll have pics to share. For now I'm going to try not to fall asleep and watch some TV for a little bit.

Bringing In o7' { freed on 10:57 PM

WoW, I can't believe it's 2oo7! That's insane.
I'm getting on my way back to Boca tommorow - after 6 very long & trying months. I'm more than excited to get back. Classes don't start until the 9th but I plan on taking care of some business and enjoying myself while getting settled back in.
I'm thinking of making a few New Years Resolutions, but I probably wont. New Years Resolutions: You know those things people swear they're going to do and no more than two minutes into January 1st they screw up and do anyway.
I just plan to live life to the fullest getting as many great experiences as I can in all the while finishing school so I can REALLY start my life.

Anywho ...

I didn't do anything for New Years (again) this year. Just watched the ball drop. Eerie watched it with me. Watching the ball drop made me miss home (NY); but it's all good cause Im sitting here in shorts with the window open lol.

I'm sitting here staring at all my clothes packed and ready to go.
I really do need to get to sleep. All this anxiousness has me wide awake and I know darn well that I'm sleepy and fighting it. Sleeping will make tommorow come faster!

I take flix on the way back.
